We send you a mailer. Use it to send back your existing footage to us for archiving and digitization. In a big hurry? No worries, you can start today by sending your tapes & dvds directly to us as well.

Be sure to send your best footage! Take note of your key performances ahead of time and submit your choices, if you like.

We are located in Seattle, WA and North Hollywood, CA. If you are local, simply swing by and drop off your footage with us. If you're not local, you can send in or upload your footage to us.

We accept these footage formats: DVD, Video CD, Audio CD, a Mac or Windows media file (ie Quicktime .mov, Windows Media Film .wmv, .aiff, etc), VHS or SVHS tape, and Mini-DV Tape (SD or HDV).

Don't forget headshots! These can be in print or digital format.

We can also accept other formats not listed here. Please call for details.
